Enigma code: When the FBI officer is holding each hostage from the plane's window. We as audience wonder wether he will be thrown down or not. Also, we want to know what each of the hostages look like because they each have a black cover on their heads.

Action code: The slow unveiling of Bane's cover makes us think that there is going to be a dialogue ahead as he is the wanted man. Another action code would be when the gun gets cocked and each of the hostages stay still.

Equilibrium: The crew were ready to board the plane before the three hostages make a surprise appearance. 

Disequilibrium: The hostages are on the plane and they are not willing to speak. However, it is all part of a plan. 

New Equilibrium: The hostages have hijacked the plane and kidnapped the doctor.

The Purge

The Engima code here would be why is there a purge in the first place? Why are some people doing it for revenge? Why is the Government allowing this? The Action code would be that the group of main characters are never safe and don't know whats going to hit them next.

The equilibrium here would be that the main characters are safe at home until the disequilibrium of some secret police force come in and try to kidnap them. The new equilibrium would be that the purge ends.

Hunger Games

Roland Barthes: 

The Enigma code here would be why does such thing as the hunger games exist? Why do the tributes need to kill one another to survive? All these are questions. The Action code would be that both tributes from District 12 which are the main characters survive, both of them.


Todorov:

The equilibrium here would be that its not time for the Hunger Games yet or the main character isn't in any danger. The disequilibrium would be that the main characters partner goes full retard and almost gets himself killed. The new equilibrium would be that they both survive and return home safe.
